Consultation

Thirty minutes, no obligation

Bring the messy version. The first job is establishing which legal systems your estate actually touches - that alone changes most people's plan.

01

Before

You send a short summary. We check which jurisdictions are engaged so the call starts from substance rather than admin.

02

During

Asset map, governing-law analysis, failure points and priorities. Direct answers, including where the honest answer is that you do not need us.

03

After

A written summary of the issues and a fixed-fee proposal if there is work to do. Yours to keep either way.

Pick a time

Tell us when suits and we will come back with times, usually the same working day.

We reply within one working day. Nothing you send here creates a professional relationship until we both confirm it in writing.

Common questions

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes. We go through the asset map, identify which jurisdictions are engaged, and tell you plainly what your current arrangements would and would not achieve. You leave with a written summary of the issues and an order of work, whether or not you instruct us.

What does it cost?

The first consultation is free. Fixed fees are quoted in writing before any work starts, so you never see an hourly-rate surprise. Cross-border matters that require foreign lawyers or notaries carry their fees separately, disclosed before they are incurred.

What should I have ready?

A rough list of assets and where each one is; any existing wills, including foreign ones; your and your parents' countries of birth; and your digital asset inventory if you have built one. Nothing needs to be complete or tidy.
