Who we are

iProbate is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. iProbate is the trading name of a self-employed sole practitioner in England; there is no company number. All privacy enquiries and rights requests go to hello@iprobate.io and are handled by that person directly.

What we do not collect

The digital asset inventory builder performs no network requests. Everything you type into it stays in your browser, and in your own browser storage only if you choose to save it. We never see it, cannot recover it, and cannot produce it to anyone. The risk check is scored in your browser too; your answers are transmitted only if you request the written report.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers carrying your IP address. Browser local storage is used only where you press Save in the inventory tool, and never leaves your device.

We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no chat widget. If that changes, this notice changes first.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions - our email and form provider, and our hosting provider - and with foreign lawyers or notaries where that is necessary to a matter you have instructed us on, and only with your knowledge. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where it applies. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Contact us at hello@iprobate.io. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
